Fahed spent over a decade working with professional services firms — consulting, legal, financial advisory — on how they operate, how they deliver, and how they change. When AI started reshaping knowledge work, he saw the same pattern everywhere: firms buying tools, running training, writing policies — and none of it sticking. The capability wasn't building. It was being installed from the outside and rejected from the inside.

He founded Bellamy Alden to take a different approach. Instead of telling organisations what to do with AI, work alongside the people who do the actual work — help them discover where AI matters, build the tools they'll trust, and write the standards they'll follow. The methodology came from practice, not theory. Every framework in the book and every programme Bellamy Alden runs was built by doing the work with real organisations and seeing what actually changed.
