Bellamy Alden, a new company dedicated to helping organisations build AI capability from within, has launched with a mission to help firms build genuine AI operating capability — not just AI usage.

The company works with organisations where the work depends on expertise and judgment — most often in consulting, advisory, legal, financial services, recruitment, and design. Its structured methodology takes firms through three stages: discovering where AI creates value in their specific work, building and testing AI tools inside real workflows, and embedding shared standards and governance the firm runs on its own.

The methodology is documented in AI Empowerment: Top Down, Inside Out, a book by the company's founder that explains why training and automation alone don't solve the AI challenge facing professional services, and what firms should do instead.

"Most organisations have the same problem," said Fahad Bizari. "Their people are using AI, but the organisation hasn't absorbed it. There are no shared standards, no governance, no visibility. We help organisations close that gap — and we do it by making the workforce the ones who build the capability, not the ones who receive it."

All work takes place inside the AI Empowerment Hub, a web-based platform where opportunities, builds, standards, and governance accumulate from day one. The company also offers standalone AI training programmes for larger organisations where L&D is the primary entry point.
